A reference index of definitions and topics, not a web crawl. Nothing here means the subject has no encyclopaedic footprint, not that it is absent from the web.
Wikipedia full-textlive
The one index whose inclusion rules are public and argued over. Silence means no article mentions the subject in passing, which is a real fact about notability and nothing else.
Internet Archive capture indexarchive
Addressed by URL, so it is only consulted when the query names a domain. Silence for a domain means the archive holds no captures, which is unusual for anything that has been public for long.

An independent crawl of the live web. Not consulted without a Brave Search API key, and a search without it is materially narrower.
Google Programmable Searchlive · your key
Google’s index through its published API. Not consulted without an API key and a search engine id, and a search without it omits the largest index there is.

The strongest crawl of the Russian-language and CIS web. Not consulted without a Yandex Search API user and key; for a great deal of due-diligence work this is the gap the western indexes leave.
